Everything Usell does in your group and dashboard — in plain language

If you sell in WhatsApp groups, you need two things: something that understands the conversation in real time, and a workspace so you never lose an order. Usell brings both together.

  • Group + DM
  • Intent → paid order
  • Dashboard & reports

Why this page exists

No giant manual — just what matters so you can see the full flow — from "I want it" to shipped — and decide whether Usell fits your operation.

Use the links below to jump to what you care about most.

The bridge to WhatsApp

WhatsApp is where your customers are. With your account connected, Usell follows the groups where you sell, sends the right private messages when it makes sense (for example payment links or reminders), and helps you miss fewer people in the chat.

The bridge does not replace your voice — it organizes what is already happening. Usage limits follow product and channel rules; public promises are always validated with the team.

What we understand in the group

People write in countless ways. The system handles intent variations — e.g. "I want it", "save for me", amounts and payment signals — to turn intent into a reservation and payment queue without you glued to receipts all day.

Someone writes…

"I want it" or similar

In practice

Reserves the item for that person and continues the payment flow.

Someone writes…

An amount (e.g. a bid)

In practice

Joins the right queue for your live sale format.

Someone writes…

"Paid" / proof

In practice

Starts payment confirmation — including automatic settlement when configured.

Someone writes…

"My bag" or equivalent

In practice

Shows a summary of what is saved for that phone number.

From "I want it" to "done"

Orders move through clear states: reserved (payment path open), paid (confirmed, including via bank integration when enabled), picking, shipping with tracking on WhatsApp when applicable, and completed for history and reports.

You always see where each customer stopped — without exposing internal system names.

Your workspace and your birds-eye view

On the dashboard you see open and closed sales, products, queues for what still needs a human, reports (including top buyers and cancellation patterns), and editable customer cards.

If you like real-time status, the active sales monitor works like a control tower: who bought, who paid, who is in line — at a glance, without a paper notebook.

Bag: bundle purchases, save on shipping, needs organization

The same person may buy on different days. The bag groups items over a period you configure, nudges people to complete checkout, and can cut shipping with bundled sends — good for them and for you.

That needs physical space and process: teams that can store and pick carefully get the most value.

Flash, presale, raffle, and auction

Flash sales lock the item for a few minutes at checkout with visible urgency. Presales use teasers and early links for fans. Raffles have their own page, numbers, and auditable rules per product.

Advanced auction (increments, last-second protection, automatic winner) is still evolving — we do not sell it as generally available until Marketing and Product align the public message.

Checkout on phone or desktop

Customers close the purchase clearly: what they are buying, their details, and shipping when applicable. For PIX, an "awaiting confirmation" screen reduces anxiety.

For you, automatic settlement — when the bank confirms — saves you from opening the banking app to validate screenshots: time back and fewer human errors.

More tools for day-to-day work

  • Customers: search by name or phone, card with orders, fix name and address without drama.
  • Pending: a queue for "still needs a human" so nothing vanishes.
  • Reports: performance view and export when applicable; top buyers for perks and VIP.
  • Shipping: labels in bulk with partners when integrated.
  • Light photos: image treatment so the group does not feel heavy on people's phones.

Less chaos, more completed sales

Usell exists to give you time back, reduce group chaos, and turn conversations into paid, traceable sales — with simple language and discipline about what we promise on this site.
