Privacy Policy

Usell provides a company website and a sales and relationship platform (CRM) used by businesses and their sales teams.

We are the controller of the data of the people who use the platform (users) and the processor of the data our customers enter about their own contacts and leads, which we process following each customer's instructions.

Account data: name, email address and login identifier of platform users.

Data entered by customers: contacts, leads, companies, WhatsApp and email conversations, tasks, meetings and sales notes.

Technical data: access logs, IP address, browser and device, used for security and operation.

The company website does not use advertising cookies. Its fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which exposes your IP address to Google.

To provide the contracted service (performance of contract): authenticate users, organize the sales pipeline, send and receive messages and schedule meetings.

To keep the platform secure and running (legitimate interest), to comply with legal obligations and, where the law requires it, with your consent.

We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.

When a user connects their Google account to Usell, we access only: (1) the free/busy intervals of their calendars, without the titles, descriptions or attendees of other events; (2) creating, updating and cancelling the events of meetings scheduled through Usell itself; (3) the email address of the connected Google account.

We use this data exclusively to suggest available times and to keep meetings scheduled on the platform in sync with the user's calendar.

Google user data is not sold, is not used for advertising, is not transferred to third parties except as necessary to provide this feature, as required by law, or with consent, and is not used to develop, improve or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

Usell staff do not read this data, except with the user's explicit consent, where necessary for security or abuse investigation, or to comply with the law.

Usell's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements.

Data is stored with cloud providers contracted by Usell. Integration credentials, such as Google access tokens, are stored encrypted and are read only by the service that performs synchronization.

Internal access is restricted to those who need it to operate the service, and communications use encrypted connections (HTTPS).

With vendors that help us provide the service, such as cloud hosting, authentication and message delivery, always limited to that purpose.

With public authorities, when required by law or court order.

Some of these vendors process data outside Brazil; in those cases we apply the safeguards provided by the LGPD.

We keep data while the account is active or while it is needed for the purposes above and to meet legal obligations.

When you disconnect your calendar on the platform, we revoke access with Google and delete the stored tokens. You can also revoke access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

To request deletion of your account and data, write to privacidade@usell.com.br.

Under the LGPD you may request confirmation that we process your data, access, correction, anonymization, blocking or deletion, portability, information about sharing, and withdrawal of consent.

Send requests to privacidade@usell.com.br. If the data was entered by a business that is a Usell customer, we will forward the request to that business, which is the controller.

The platform is intended for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18.

We may update this policy. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page, and relevant changes will be communicated to platform users.
